Customer Services And Order Fulfilment

At Martin Dow Specialities (Pvt.) Ltd., we provide solutions, through our long-standing customer services division. We offer direct and sub-distributors expert support and service to empower their businesses.

Supply Network

Warehouse

  • We have obtained an initial environmental examination (IEE) NOC from Sindh Environmental Protection Energy.
  • We have obtained a medical device import and storage license per DRAP requirements.
  • We use our facility to store materials that are toxic, corrosive, hazardous, flammable solvents (dangerous goods), mixed groups, microbiological, or others.
  • We have ISO 9001: 2015 certification and we are maintaining a quality management system, applicable to distribution, marketing, sales and warehousing, chemicals, solvents, reagents, medical equipment and after sales and services.
  • The storage areas, such as cold rooms and temperature-controlled rooms, are designed based on the requirements of the materials.
  • We have a production facility equipped for down-filling reagents and production of ‘Innoline’.
  • We have a service lab designed to support after-sale services for customers.
  • A new warehouse facility is under construction and features over 1,200 racking systems.
